In response to this France of today, undermined between anger and resignation, Gérard Lanvin, big mouth of French cinema, releases a blast of rock tinged with blues. Lanvin sends out his “ punch ” songs without concession or weakness, for the duration of a musical whirlwind. Pushed and encouraged by his son, the bluesman Manu Lanvin, to put his writings into song, Gérard adapts and reworks his notebooks, while Manu composes and arranges the music.
After a series of incredibly successful concerts in November 2023, Gérard and Manu will return to the stage in 2024 for exceptional dates.
